Tone apps
Restore Purchases
Premium access in Tone apps is handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Current launch builds use one-time premium unlocks rather than recurring subscriptions.
How to restore
- Open the Tone app where you made the purchase.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap restore purchases.
- Wait for the restore to complete.
If restore does not work
- Confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Try restore purchases again.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, not directly by the Tone apps.
For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
