Restore Purchases

Premium access in Tone apps is handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Current launch builds use one-time premium unlocks rather than recurring subscriptions.

How to restore

  1. Open the Tone app where you made the purchase.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap restore purchases.
  4. Wait for the restore to complete.

If restore does not work

  • Confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Try restore purchases again.

Refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, not directly by the Tone apps.

For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
