When you write
Please include your device model, iOS version or browser, app name, app version if available, what you were doing when the issue happened, and whether it involved Sota guidance, AI provider settings, audio, premium access, recall, rituals, Threshold returns, Tone Mirror memories, sharing, or restore purchases.
Common topics
- Restore purchases: open the relevant Tone app, go to Settings, and tap restore purchases.
- Sota issue: include whether it involved sitting, noting, the stage map, practice logs, provider keys, AI guidance, or the web version.
- Audio issue: include the exact app and path, for example "Tone Recall, Love to Vessel to hold."
- Tone Threshold issue: include the selected door, crossing mode, and whether the issue involved Return Field, Personal Chamber, audio, or Tone Plus.
- Tone Mirror issue: include the browser, selected signal, glyph, and whether the issue involved breath, sound, or archive replay.
